【摘要】 石刁柏花药接种在MS+2,4-Dlmg/l+6—BAlmg/1+NAA0.1mg/l的培养基上产生愈伤组织.诱导率为46.15%.愈伤组织转接到MS+6-BA0.5mg/l十IBA0.2mg/l时分化芽.而形成根的培养基为MS+NAA0.1mg/l.愈伤组织诱导胚状体的培养基为MS十6-BA0.5mg/l+IBA0.5mg/l,胚状体萌发形成小植株.再生植株的倍性变化,单倍体植株占11.90%,二倍体28.57%,四倍体9.52%,各种混倍体50%.更多还原

【Abstract】 Anthers of Asparagus cultured on MS medium containing 1mg/l 2, 4-D+1mg/l 6-BA + 0. 1mg/l NAA produced the most callus. The frequency of anther induction reached as high as 46. 15%. Shoot differentiation occurred when callus were transferred to medium containing 0. 5mg/l 6-BA+0. 2mg/l IBA and rooted plantlets were formed on medium containing 0. 1mg/l NAA. Embryoids were induced from callus on basal medium with 0. 5mg/l 6-BA + 0. 5mg/lIBA. Germination of plantlets were observed from these embryoids. The regenerated plants varied in ploidy, 11. 90% were haploid, 28. 57% diploid and 9. 53% tetraploid. The others 50% were mixoploid.更多还原
