【Abstract】 This paper analysed the technique of putting the shot synthetically with basic theory of biomechanics and a series of pictures of putting the shot techniques.Standard movement of putting the shot was put forward,namely to stimulate latent ability of muscle accelerate rhythm of movement and master proper angle rational height and the quickest initial relocity of off the hand.更多还原
