【摘要】 通过体育科技期刊质量评估的实验，对“评价等级和评估分数的分布状态”、“评估分数的统计参数”、“评估的可靠性和有效性”进行了检验、分析研究。得出如下结论：１．评估总分的分布呈罕见的“Ｕ”形曲线。２．评估总分的平均水平偏低且存在较大个体差异。３．评估总分及其分类指标虽具有一定信度却较低，均未达到０．７０水平。而评估指标体系及其量表的内部一致性效度却较高，达０．７４以上。在分析了以上结果的致因之后，提出了优化评估方案的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analysed and researched" distributive state of evaluation grade","normal distribution test of evaluation mark","statistical parameter of evaluation mark","reliability and effectiveness tests of evaluation.There are following conclusions:1.Rare u curve emerged in the distribution of general evaluation mark.2.Average level of general evaluation mark was relatively low and existed relatively great individual difference.3.General evaluation mark and index of classification have reliability,but it’s low,the level did not reach at 0.70. However,identity effectiveness of index system of evaluation and of scale is relatively high,over 0.74.After analysing reasons of results mentioned above,this paper put forward suggestions of optimization of evaluation plans.更多还原
