【Abstract】 With the rapid growing of mobile communication, the conflict between the demand of increasing subscribers and the limitation of the frequency resource is turning acute.Therefore how to efficiently improve the utilization of the frequency is a key problem in the development of this business.The paper introduces how to further improve frequency utilization in the channel shared condition for the small area cellular system, as well through analysing and comparing various channel assignment methods recently proposed.
