丙烯腈──粘胶纤维接枝共聚的研究
The graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile to viscose fiber using K2S2O8-TU
【摘要】 本文采用过硫酸钾(KPS)──硫脲(TU)氧化──还原体系引发丙烯腈与粘胶纤维接枝共聚,研究了反应时间,反应温度和组成变化对接枝率及均聚物量的影响,结果表明,选择适宜的反应条件可使纤维的接枝率达45%以上,且均聚物较少,它的研究对实施工业生产丙烯腈接枝粘胶纤维生产具有一定参考价值。
【Abstract】 The grafting copolymerization of acrylonitrile to viscose fiber using K2S2O8-TU as initiator has been studied and the effects of reaction time,reaction temperature and component to graft increments. The resuIl show that when the suit-able conditions have been selected.the graft increments of fiber should reach more than 45% and negligible liomoplymer formation will be observed. The paper has some value to the industrial production of graft viscose fibers hy acrylonitrile.
