多轴向经编复合材料热弹性性能分析

【摘要】 在研究3轴向经编复合材料的几何结构的基础上,建立了预测材料的热弹性性能的分析模型.典型的多轴向经编织物是由0°的纬纱、90°的经纱、±θ的斜铺纱,用经编编织线圈捆绑在一起形成的,并且各铺垫方向的纱线呈伸直平行排列.“层合模型”用来分析和预测多轴向经编复合材料的热弹性性能,并扩展到分析和预测双轴向经编复合材料或由多块多轴向经编织物过合而成的复合材料的热力学性能.本文给出了玻璃/环氧多轴向经编复合材料的热弹性系数随纤维体积含量和斜铺纱铺垫角θ的变化结果.

【Abstract】 This paper presents an analytical method for predicting the thermo-e-lastic properties of Multiaxial Warp Knit(MWK)Fabric Composites on the basis of analyzing their geometrical configurdtion. The typical MWK fabrics consist of high rnodulus weft(0 dcgree)、warp(90 degree)and various bias yarns(±θ) held togeth r by a chain or tricot stitch through the thickness of the fabric,and the yarns in each ditection are arranged linearly in parallel with each other.The″lami-natemodel″is used in analyzing and predicting the thermo-elastic properties of MWK fabric composites, and it can also be extended to predicting the thermo-mchanics propreties of Blaxial Warp Knit(BWK)fabric composites and Multilay- er Multiaxial Warp Knit-Stitch(MMWKS) fabric composites.Numerical results of E-glass/epoxy MWK fabric composites are presented as functions of the laying angle of the bias yarns and the fiber volume fraction.
