【Abstract】 The smelting expert system for No.2 BF at Shougang Co.can all-sidely judge smelting process in blast furnace according to furnace body state,hot state and smooth operation state on BF.It is characterized by extensive function,high practicability and so on.The practice in operation of this expert system for more one year indicates that the percentage of hits of over 98% in prediction of BF wall accretion and burn-through and the percentage of hits of over 90% in prediction of BF anomalous condition were achieved.更多还原
