【Abstract】 The №2 BF was blown-in in June, 1991. It is equipped with bell-less top with two vertical hoppers of the same axis and pulverized coal injection facility. Furthermore, a few new techniques,such as mixed-charging of small coke,low-silicon smelting and operating of higher pulverized coal injection rate etc. have been adopted and stable smooth operation has been achieved after the blowing-in. The silicon content of hot metal was reduced to 0.35% in December,1993. Pulverized coal injection rate reached 125kg/tHM in November ,1994.更多还原
