【摘要】 分析了慢性硬膜下血肿（ＣＳＤＨ）１４８例，经ＣＴ或手术证实，通过临床分析及手术所见提出老年自发性慢性硬膜下血肿的病因解释，局部止血和溶血机制紊乱和硬膜下水瘤也是形成ＣＳＤＨ的重要原因之一。同时对钻孔冲洗引流术治疗ＣＳＤＨ和术中反复冲洗等问题进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 rom 1974 through 1994, 148 cases ofchronic subdural hematoma were reported , 124males and 24 females. Age ranged form 8 to 85years : ninety-seven cases were more than 50years (65%). The mean duration of illnesewas 110 days. Seventy four cases (50%) hadtraumatic history and they all diagnosed byCT and MRI before operation. The arnount ofbleeding were 30ml～200ml ,mean 90ml. Theetiology, pathogenesis and curative effect inchronic subdural hematoma are discussed.更多还原
