【摘要】 ^１５３Ｓｍ—ＥＤＴＭＰ治疗继发性恶性骨肿瘤３６例（剂量３７ＭＢｑ／ｋｇ）．３６例中，轻度疼痛者７例，中度疼痛者１９例，重度疼痛者１０例。治疗后，疼痛消失者９例，减轻者１６例，缓解者９例，２例无效。疼痛消失者均为轻中度疼痛，总有效率为９４．４％。平均有效期为２４．７±２０．３天。大多数病例血常规、肝功和肾功无显著变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 e surveied the clinical effects of 153Sm-EDTMP aderministered in 36 cases ofpatients with malignant skeletal metastasis.According to extent of bone pain , these caseswere divided into 3 groups , mild pain in 7 cas-es , moderate pain in 19 cases’ serious pain in10 cases, After administration of the agent,94. 4% of the patients with skeletal pain dueto disseniinated bone emetastasis were imporved, disappeared in 9 cases, marked reliefin 16 cases. slight improved in 9 cases; 2 ofpatients were invalidaty. Mean duration onthe efficaciouseness was 24. 7 ± 20. 3 days.There were not significant anonialous changesin WBC and platelet counts as well as liverand kidney functions in most of the patients.更多还原
