从稀珍残片研究结果论国宝油滴建盏的特质

【摘要】 根据90年代以来仅有的三块出土稀珍油滴残片的科学研究结果,间接论证了国宝油滴天目的特质。这类稀珍油滴建盏釉的化学组成与其他建盏显著不同,其特点为低Fe2O3、低Al2O3和高SiO2。油滴斑的形成与建盏釉的沸腾效应密切相关。在仿制时,除了适当的釉配方之外,关键在于适当工艺条件下改善油滴斑发育所形成的显微结构与选择若干加入物以提高其镜而反射率。

【Abstract】 This paper has indirectly proved the peculiarity of national treasure-oil spot tcmmoku wares in accordance with the scientific research results of the only three rare sherds cxcaxaicd since 1990S. The chemical compositions of the rare Jian oil spot tcmmoku glaze arc quite different from those of other Jian tcmmoku wares, possessing the Characteristics of lower content of Fe2O3 and A12O3 but high silica. The formation of oil spot tcmmoku is closely related to the boiling effect of Jian tcmmoku glazes. In addition to the suitable tcmmoku glaze formula, the key to imitate oil spot tcmmoku wares is to improve the microstructurc formed by the growth of oil spots under proper technological conditions and choose several additives in order to increase their mirror reflection rate.
