【Abstract】 bjective:To analyse the factors affecting the treatment of male infertility by artificial inseminationwith frozen donor′s semen.Design :Clinical study.Setting:The Male Clinical Research Laboratory of National Research Institute for Family Plannin.Subjects :Forty- eight infertile couples due to male factors were studied.The wives had normal repro-ductive function.Methods:Artificial inseminations were performed with frozen donor′s semen for 6 cycles.Results:After treatment the pregnancy rate was 62.5%,the successful rate per cycle was 21.4%andabortion rate was 3.3%.the cumulative pregnancy rate was 63.65%at end of 6th month.Twenty- six of30 pregnant women were conceived within the first 3 treatment cycles with an average of 1.9±1.1 treat-ment cycles.Conclusion :The successful rate tends to declive with the increase of women’s age.In addition ,thewives′normal reproductive function and continuous treatment for several cycles are essential factors affectingthe pregnancy rate.更多还原
