损毁缰核对幼年雌性大鼠生殖器官发育的影响
Effects of Habenular Nucleus Lesion on the Development of Reproductive Organs in the Young Female Rats
【摘要】 本实验用20~21天龄幼年雌性大鼠,电损毁双侧缰核(Hb),饲养4周后,血中促黄体激素(LH)浓率明显增高,其卵巢重量、子宫增重数及阴道开口率明显增加。提示,Hb在参与调节生殖活动时,可能是与抑制幼年雌性大鼠生殖器官发育有关。
【Abstract】 In the present study, young female rats at the age from postnatal 20 to 21days were employed. Four weeks after the bilateral electrolytic lesion of Habenular(Hb) nucleus,the concentration of LH in plasma of these rats’ increased remarkably, and their ovarian weight and growth rate of uterine weight and the percentage of vagina mouth opening increased significiantly. The results indicated that Hb inhibited the development of reproductive organs in the young female rats, and Hb may be one of the structures in relation to youth. The mechanism of Hb regulating the reproductive activity remainds to be studied further.
