【摘要】 用丁酸钠处理人大肠癌细胞株ＳＷ１１１６，观察其对瘤细胞增殖动力学影响及超微结构的改变。经丁酸钠（２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，４ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ）处理后的细胞用流式细胞仪检测可见Ｇ０／Ｇ１期细胞百分比增加，增殖指数下降；将诱导后细胞种植裸鼠皮下，瘤块形成受到抑制；电镜观察诱导后细胞，超微结构呈良好分化改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 SW1116,a human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line,was treated with a small dose of sodium butyrate(SB).When it was transplanted into nude mice,the growth rate and the mass of transplanted tumours were found to be significantly reduccd in the treated cells as against those in controls.The morphology Of the SB treated cell nuclei changed from an large elliptical shape with a meandering margin to a smaller shuttle shape with a smooth margin.The cytoskeleton can be notably observed in the cytoplasm of the treated cells,By using flow cytometry it was found that the G0/G1 phases increased markedly after SB treatment whereas S and G1+M phases decreased.The proliferation index was also lower than that of the control cells(P<0.05),These results indicate that sodium butyrate could reverse biological and morphological phenotypes of the human colorectal adenocarcinoma cells in vitro and might induce differentiation of these cells to come extent.更多还原
