【摘要】 本文报告岩尖斜坡区肿瘤２３例。按肿瘤主体所在部位分为岩尖型（８例）、斜坡型（５例）和岩斜型（１０例）。手术入路：枕下开颅７例，颞下开颅１１例，经口－蝶－斜坡入路１例，颞枕－枕下联合开颅４例。绝大部分病例在显微手术下进行肿瘤切除。全切６例，次全切８例，大部切除７例，部分切除２例。手术死亡２例。平均随访３年，计１１例，效果满意。还对岩尖斜坡区肿瘤的不同手术入路、手术操作注意事项及术前供血动脉栓塞等进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-Three cases of petroclival tumors were reported. The tumors were classified into 3 types: the petral, clival and petro-clival type with 8,5 and 10 cases, respectively. The surgical approaches used were suboccipital(7 cases), subtemporal(11 cases), transoro-sphenoid-clivus(1 case)and combined tempro-occipito-supratentorial and suboccipito-infratentorial(4 cases).Most of them were treated with microsurgery with the result of total resection in 6 cases, subtotal in 8 and partial 7.2 cases died postoperatively. 11 cases were followed up for a mean period of 3 years with good conditions.The surgical approaches,techniques,and preoperative embolization of petroclival tumors were also discussed in this peper.更多还原
