【摘要】 有杆射流增压泵是将常规有杆泵与特殊类型的水力泵有机结合在一起的一种新型抽油泵。它利用射流增压原理，提高泵效；依靠抽油系统自身反馈作用，来获得射流装置工作所需要的能量，不需要增加新的动力系统，是油田开发后期一种比较理想的新泵型。文章就有杆射流增压泵的基本结构、性能、工作原理等作了介绍。现场应用证明：该泵具有良好的抽汲性能，减少断杆几率，延长检泵周期，降低悬点载荷，明显地提高泵效。在华北、辽河、胜利、大港、冀东、中原等6个油田的24个采油厂现场推广应用102井次，平均提高泵效23．3％，平均降低悬点载荷13．5％，节电46万kW·h，累计增油3．8万t，创经济效益3154万元。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sucker rod pump with Jet device is a new type pump combining organicallythe conventional sucker rod pump with the special Jet pump. Applying the boost theory of jetflow,it may increase pump efficiency. Energy for Jet device to work comes from self feedbackof swabbed fluid. Therefore, it need not attach other power system,is a new type pump forlater period oil field development. In field applications of 102 wells in 24 oil production de-partments of 6 oil fields such as Huabei, Liaohe,Shengli,Dagang, Jidong and Zhongyuan oilfields, average pump efficiency increases by 23. 3%, average polished rod load decreases by13. 5%,the saved electricity is 38 thousand kw. h,and the obtained economic benefit is RMB31 540 thousand yuan.更多还原
