【摘要】 以芹菜为试材，研究了几种气体组合对芹菜的贮藏效果及贮藏过程中一些代谢活动的变化，认为２％～３％Ｏ２和４％～６％ＣＯ２对芹菜的贮藏是有效的，在不出现低Ｏ２及高ＣＯ２伤害的情况下，既起到了低Ｏ２对叶片黄化的抑制效果，又发挥了高ＣＯ２对衰老的抑制作用，具有良好的贮藏效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Celery was used as a testing material to study the effects of different kinds of atmosphere composition on celery storage and the metabolic changes during celery stoage.
