【摘要】 通过青椒叶面追不同肥料对果实耐贮性影响的研究表明，喷施金邦１号可降低果实贮期病烂指数，提高耐贮性．喷施磷酸二氢钾和氯化钙能延缓果实后熟，但浓度不适可降低果实耐贮性．喷肥对青椒耐贮性的影响程度与喷施至采收的间隔时间呈负相关．喷肥对过氧化物酶活性、Ｖｃ和蛋白质含量以及它们的贮期变化率都有不同程度的影响．过氧化物酶活性高低、贮期过氧化物酶活性和Ｖｃ含量变化率与果实耐贮性显著负相关，蛋白质含量及其贮期变化率与果实耐贮性无明显相关．更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the influence of leaf spray fertilizer on storability and some characch of physiology and biochemistry in pepper fruits was studied. The results indicated that spray“Jinbang 1”0 could reduce fruit rot index and get a high commercial fruit rate. Spray KH2PO4 or CaCl2 could delay fruit afterripening,but they could reduce fruit storbility if spray concentrations were not suitable.The Influence of spray fertilizer on storability was negative correlation with the time from spray fertilizer to fruit harvested. The results of biochemistry analysis indicated that spray fertilizer had different effect on the peroxdose activity and the contentS of Vc and protein of pepper fruitS.The level and storge change rate of peroxdase activity and Vc content all were remarkable negative correlation with pepper storability. The protein content and itS Change rate during storage were not obviously correlated with pepper storability.更多还原
