电涡流传感器温度漂移的自动补偿
Automatic Compensation for Temperature Drift of Eddy Current Transducers
【摘要】 本文分析了影响电涡流传感器温度漂移的主要因素,经过理论分析提出一种减少温度漂移行之有效的方法,实践结果表明此方法有很好的温度漂移自动补偿效果。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the major factors thataffect the temperature drift of eddy currentstransducgrs are analysed.After theoretical analysis,an effective method tO cut down temperaturedrift iS proposed. Experimentul resultS have shown that,this method has very good effect onautomatic compensation of temperature drift.
