不同晶粒大小的ZSM-5分子筛催化剂的裂化反应差异

【摘要】 就两种不同晶粒大小的ZSM-5分子筛催化剂,采用脉冲微反技术和轻油微反技术考察了裂化反应的差别。采用真空重量法测定了同一吸附质在两者上的晶内扩散系数。对反应结果从催化剂的酸性和分子筛晶孔内扩散两个角度加以分析讨论。研究结果认为,对于新鲜分子筛催化剂.反应结果受催化剂的酸性影响较大,小晶粒的分子筛催化剂活性高,裂化气中的烯烃度低;对于老化催化剂扩散作用的影响增大了,小晶粒分子筛的活性高,裂化气中的烯烃度亦高。

【Abstract】 A Pulse micro reactor and a micro activity test were chosen to investigate the cracking reaction difference between catalysts containing different ZSM-5 zeolite crystal sizes.The intracrystalline diffusivities of a same adsorbate on the catalysts were measured with a vacuum weight adsorption equipment.The reaction results were explained by both acidity and crystalline diffusion. In comparisonwith larger crystal size zeolite,the smaller crystal size zeolite showed higher activity for both fresh andsteam aged catalyst.Acidity had a more pronounced effect on the fresh catalyst and the olefinicity incracked gas was lower.The influence of crystalline diffusion was stronger for the steam aged catalyst andthe olefinicity in cracked gas was higher.
