新疆原油馏分的液体焓值测定

【摘要】 由实沸点蒸馏新疆原油得到200~525℃间每间隔25℃的13个窄馏分,采用落入式铜块热量计测定各窄馏分及225~275℃和475~525℃两个宽馏分子不同温度下的液体焓值,分别给出焓与温度的关联式。同时,检验焓的加和性,考察API计算方法对新疆原油的适用性。结果表明,测定的焓值试验精度达到ASTM的要求;新疆原油馏分间焓具有较好的加和性;API计算方法基本适用于新疆原油馏分焓的计算。

【Abstract】 Thirteen narrow range cuts of every 25℃ in the boiling range of 200-525℃ were obtained by the TBP distillation of Xinjiang crude. The liquid enthalpies of these cuts and two wide rangefractions of 225~275℃ and 475~525℃ were measured under various temperatures with a dropping copper-block calorimeter. The empirical equations of enthapy depended on temperature were given. The enthalpy additivity of the narrow range cuts in comparison with the wide range fractions were calculated. Thesuitability of API enthalpy calculation method for Xinjiang crude was also detected.
