【摘要】 本文对５０岁以上记忆力减退患者分６１例治疗组及３０例对照组，分别口服国产阿尼西坦胶丸及安慰剂共２个月，治疗前后进行韦氏记忆量表（ＷＭＳ）测定比较，显示记忆商（ＭＱ）增值比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），总有效率有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗组明显优于对照组，副反应量表（ＴＥＳＳ）显示无明显副反应，揭示国产阿尼西坦胶丸有促进、提高中老年记忆功能的功效，无明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 and 30 patients (age>=50 yrs) with hypomnesis were treated with aniracetam (locally produced) and placebo, respectively, for two months.The Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS) was measured before and after the treatment. Results showed that the increments of the value of memory quotient (MQ) in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01), the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) test showed no significant side-effect in the treatment group. We conclude that locally produced aniracetam can improve and enhance the memory of the aged and preaged patients with hypomnesis without significant side-effect .更多还原
