PDC复合片与35CrMo钢齿柱真空扩散焊试验研究
Test of vacuum diffusion bonding of PDC compact and 35CrMo steel tooth
【摘要】 针对用钢体式焊齿法制造PDC钻头中存在的问题,提出用真空扩散焊代替钎焊制造PDC钻头的新工艺。利用三因子二水平的完全因子设计方法研究了PDC复合片与35CrMo钢齿柱真空扩散焊温度、压力和时间等工艺参数对焊缝剪切强度的影响,并总结出相应的关系式,然后分析了温度、压力和时间等工艺参数对焊缝剪切强度的独立影响和交互影响。试验证明,真空扩散焊适用于钢体式焊合法制造PDC钻头工艺。
【Abstract】 A technique for manufacturing PDC bit by means of vacuum diffusion bonding instead of brazing is put forward. The influence of the technological parameters──temperature,pressure nad duration, independenlty and interdependently──of vacuum diffusion bonding of PDC compact and 35CrMo steel tooth on the shear strength of the bonding seam is studied by the factor design method.The test proves that the vacuum diffusion bonding is suitable ofr manufacturing PDC bits.
