【摘要】 隔热油管视导热系数计算机检测系统用于评价隔热油管的隔热性能。用稳态法测试原理，采用电加热方式和程序变增益ＰＩＤ控制算法，使系统能在较短时间内达到设定温度下的热平衡状态，进而求出隔热油管的视导热系数，主要介绍了系统的测试原理、硬件构成和软件设计。该系统已应用于实际测试，效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The computer-aided system for measuring the apparent heat conductivity of insulated tubings is used to evaluate theinsulating property of insulated tubings. According to the principle of steady-state measuring, by means of electric heatingand by the programmed variable gain PID control algorithm, the apparent heat conductivity of the system in heat-banlancestate at the setting temperature is worked out.The measuring principle, hardware and software of the system areintroduced.
