复合天轮式长冲程抽油机参量匹配研究
Parameter Matching for Long-Stroke Pumping Unit with Compound Crown Sheave
【摘要】 复合天轮式长冲程抽油机是抽汲速度很高的抽油机,S×n=72m/min,比常规最大抽汲速度高44%。为提高整机的综合性能指标,对这种抽油机各参量匹配的制约关系进行了研究。在运动分析的基础上,详细阐述了抽油机的结构尺寸和冲程冲次对抽油机运行中扭矩、速度、加速度及悬点载荷等参量的影响,给出了各种参量间的合理匹配关系。
【Abstract】 To improve the comprehensive performance index of the long-stroke pumping unit with compound crown sheave, the authors make a study on the interaction in doing the matching of the various parameters of the unit, and on the basis of motion analysis, expounds in detail the effect of the structural dimensions and the designed stroke and pumping speed of the unit on the torque, speed, acceleration and polished rod load in operation, and present the rational matching design of the various parameters.
