【摘要】 以人工栽培的猴头子实体干品为原料,用蒸馏水、0.5%草酸铵溶液、1N氢氧化钠溶液三种提取剂分别提取猴头粗多糖,并用蒽酮比色定糖法测定多糖含量。结果表明,1N氢氧化钠溶液提取的粗多糖量最高,达30.80%,其中的多糖含量亦最高,达22.12%。纸层析法鉴定多糖成分表明,其中均有D-甘露糖,D-半乳糖,D-葡萄糖和D-木糖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Crude polysaccharide of Hericium erinaceus was extracted from dried fruitbodies of Hericium erinaceus by distilled water, 0.5 % ammonium oxalate solution and IN sodium hydroxide solution resp.. The content of polysaccharide was determined by an throne colorimetric method. The result indicated that the content of crude polysaccharide extracted by IN sodium hydroxide solution was the highest (30.80%), and the polysaccharide content was also the highest (22.12H).
