合成药物的离子交换树脂脱色的新工艺小试研究(Ⅰ)──咖啡因的脱色研究
Research on Decolouration of Synthetic Medicines with lon Exchange Resin(Ⅰ)---Decolouration of Caffeine
【摘要】 提出了用吸附型离子交换树脂取代传统的活性炭对合成药物进行脱色处理的新的工艺小试条件,对树脂的选型,树脂的再生方法及脱色条件作了系统研究,并成功地应用于合成咖啡因产品的脱色,与活性炭脱色工艺相比树脂脱色具有生产工艺简单。产品质量好,无环境污染。大大降低生产成本等优点。
【Abstract】 The laboratory procedure of the new decolouration technique for synthetlc medicines with absorption ion exchange resin was reported,which can be used to replace the tranditional technique with actived carbon. The choice of type, the recovery, and the decolouration condition of ion exchange were investigated in detail.The new technique was successful in declouration of caffeine product. Compared with actived carbon decolouration, the resin declouration is simple in procedure without enviroment pollution ,the quality of product is good.
