微波加热法向沸石分子筛引入金属离子
Cation Exchange Using Microwave Radiation
【摘要】 利用微波加热法研究Ni-NaM和Ni-NaX沸石分子筛离子交换体系,考察了微波加热功率、交换时间、溶液浓度等因素对交换度的影响并做了优化。结果表明,与传统的加热方式相比,微波加热具有省时、节能、高效等优点。
【Abstract】 The cation exchanges for Ni-NaX and Ni-NaM systems were sudied employing microwave heating method. Meanwhile optimal operation conditions were determined with orthogonal Collocational technique. Comparing with conventional heating method,the microwave heating technique is more effective, faster and more economical.
