高强度油田堵水剂的研究
Studies on a High Strength Oil Field Water Plugging Agent
【摘要】 报道以W/O型聚丙烯酰胺胶乳和改性氨基树脂TF-3与TPU-1L在交联剂存在下,经适宜条件进行交联,形成互穿聚合物网络结构作为油田选择性堵水剂。实验证明,该堵水剂中增加的氨基树脂TPU-1L与无机填料的粘结强度高于TF-3,从而提高了对水淹大缝洞的封堵强度。堵剂成胶时间适宜,耐温150℃,可解堵,施工方便,是目前国内强度较高的一种有机类堵水剂。
【Abstract】 A selective water plugging agent with W/O inverse polyacrylamide latex(TDG-IR)andmodified amino resin(TF-3 and TPU-IL)as major component was prepared.The prcparationand properties of the agent are introduced.It has high strength,high thermal resistance,selective characteristics for oil and water,and simplicity of production.It can be easily applied and de-plugged as well.
