膦化聚苯醚负载钯催化剂催化烯丙基溴羰基化合成丁烯酸

【摘要】 报道几种不同P/Pd摩尔比的膦化聚苯醚负载钯催化剂,在常温常压下和水/苯混合溶剂中催化烯丙基溴羰基化合成丁烯酸的催化性能。考察了溶剂、反应温度、碱及相转移剂对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,这类膦化聚苯醚负载钯催化剂对烯丙基溴的羰基化反应具有很好的催化活性和稳定性;且催化剂的活性随其P/Pd摩尔比的不同而不同。升高反应温度和加入相转移剂均使反应速度加快。

【Abstract】 Palladium catalysts supported on phosphinated poly(phenylene oxide) with differentP/Pd mole ratios were used to catalyza the carbonvlation of allylbromide to form butenoicacid in an aqueous NaOH/benzene two phase medium at room temperature and under atmos-pheric pressure. These catalysts are very active and efficient for the carbonylation of allyl-bromide,and the P/Pd mole ratio strongly affects the activity of the catalysts. The effectsof solvent, reaction temperature, base and phase transfer aoaent (PTA) on the catalyticactivity were also investigated. It was shown that the reaction rate increased with the increaseof reaction temperature, and the activity of the catalyst in the presence of PTA was higherthan that without PTA.
