磷酸硅铝SAPO-5分子筛的合成
Synthesis of Silicoaluminophosphate SAPO-5 Zeolite
【摘要】 用水热合成法合成SAPO-5分子筛。采用廉价的三乙胺(Ft_3N)、正三丙胺(n-Pr_3N)代替四乙基氢氧化胺(TEAOH) ̄[1]作为有机导向剂,以降低合成费用。考察了不同的胺/Al比、P/Al比、Si/Al比以及H_2/Al比对结晶相的影响,从而得出合成SAPO-5分子筛的适宜配比,并且给出了不同温度下产物结晶度随时间变化的晶化曲线。用程序升温法(TPD)表征了sAPO-5分子筛(H型)的酸性分布。另外还考察了用Et_3N、n-Pr_3N、TEAOH三种不同导向剂制备的三个SAPO-5样品的热稳定性和吸附性能。
【Abstract】 SAPO-5 zeolite was obtained by hydrothermal synthesis.To decrease the cost of synthesis,we used Et3N,n-pr3N as organic templates instead of TEAOH. The influence of differentamine/Al ratio, P/Al ratio,Si /Al ratio and H2O/Al ratio in the reactive mixture on thecrystallization phase Was investigated,and the proper reactive ratio of synthesis SAPO-5zeolite was given. In addition,We have shown the crystallization curve of product at differenttemperatures.The acidic distribution of sample was characterized by temperature-programmed desorp-tion(TPD).Also,the thermal stability and adsorptivity of three SAPO-5 samples,whichwere prepared by three templates(Et3N,n-pr3N and TEAOH),were examined.
