【摘要】 本文报告了我院用经颅多普勒超声诊断仪（ＴｒａｎｓｃｒａｎｉａｌＤｏｐｐｌｅｒＵｌｔｒａｓｏｕｎｄ，简称ＴＣＤ）对１１５例５０岁以上眩晕病人进行了检测，并以１００例５０岁以上正常人作为对照组，发现眩晕病人６７％有不同程度椎基动脉硬化表现，９２．２％椎基动脉射血速度有异常改变，而对照组中分别为３４％和１５％，两者均有非常显著性差异。１１５例颈椎片中有骨质增生者１０７例，占９３％，合并椎间隙狭窄６９例，占６０％，而正常对照组中分别为４１％和２７％。因此，我们认为ＴＣＤ检测为脑血管病提供了一种简便而有效的早期诊断手段，值得临床推广应用。同时，拍摄颈椎片也是简便而有效的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 vertigo patients at the age of 50 or above were examined with transcranial DopplerUitrasound(TCD).100 normal Peoples at the same age group were also examined as the control group. Theresult shows that 67%of vertigo Patients’ vertebral artery and based artery became sclerotic at different lev-el;and 92.2%of patients’blood jet speed were unusual.While in the control group the two signs were34%and 15%respectively.The differences are very significant.X ray films of cervical spine were also takenfor all 115 patients,107 cases with hyperosteogeny and 69 cases with stricture in cervical vertebral canal werefound, accounting for 93%and 60%respectively.In the control group the two signs were 41%and 27%re-spectively, Therefore the TCD examination is a simple and effective method for the diagnosis of cerebro一va个cular diseases. Radiography of cervical vertebrae for old vertigo patients is also a simple and effective methodof examination.更多还原
