水蒸汽对裂化催化剂烧碳动力学的影响

【摘要】 提出了在外加水蒸汽时测定裂化催化剂烧碳动力学的实验方法,并建立了实验装置。烧焦实验采用空气脉冲烧焦实验法,热导检测器前设有色谱柱分离反应尾气中的O_2和CO_2,从而排除了O_2对CO_2浓度测定的影响。在水蒸汽分压为0.038MPa、反应温度为630~750℃的条件下测得了两种催化裂化剂再生时烧碳反应动力学,并与无外加水蒸汽时的实验结果进行了比较。结果表明,工业再生条件下水蒸汽对烧碳反应动力学影响不大。

【Abstract】 An experimental technique for determining the combustion kinetics of carbon incarbonaceous deposits on the cracking catalysts at steam environment was proposed with anair/steam pulse method.The oxygen and carbon dioxide in reaction flue gas were separatedwith chromatography before thermal conductivity detector(TCD)with the result that oxygenon the determination of the concentration of carbon dioxide were decreased.The combustionkinetics of carbon in coke on two types of cracking catalysts were obtained.The comparisonof experimental results at steam partial pressure 0.038MPa with non-steam environment at thereaction temperature of 630~ 750℃ shows that the effect of steam for combustion kinetics ofcarbon under the commercial conditions is not evident.
