【摘要】 乳腺粘液腺癌临床少见，并且预后明显好于各种类型的乳腺浸润癌。本实验应用流式细胞检测技术对１４例乳腺粘液腺癌的石蜡包埋组织标本进行了ＤＮＡ指数（ＤＩ）、增殖指数（ＰＩ）测定，作者结合其临床和病理学特点进行分析。结果表明：乳腺粘液腺癌病人的预后随肿瘤组织产生的粘液量的增加而变得更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 ucinousadenocarcinomaofthebreastisuncommonandtheprognosisofpatientswiththis carcinom a is better than that of various types of breast infiltrating carcinoma. DNA Index(DI)and Proliferation Index(PI)of paraffin em bedded samples from l4 cases of mucinous carcinom a of the breast were tested by flow cytomery. The relation between DI ,PI and clincal features ,pathologic features were analyzed. It was shown that the prognosis ofpatients with this carcinoma is getting more favorable with increasing of amount of mucin produced by the tumor.更多还原
