【摘要】 作者报告４０例不能手术切除的中晚期肝癌行肝动脉化疗、栓塞的治疗效果。其中单纯肝动脉灌注化疗（ＨＡＩ）１１例，肝动脉灌注化疗加碘油栓塞（ＨＡＩ＋ＨＡＥ－Ｉ）１５例，肝动脉灌注化疗加碘油和明胶海绵栓塞（ＨＡＩ＋ＨＡＥ－Ｉ－ＧＳ）ｌ４例。随访结果，６个月、１２个月和１８个月生存率分别为８５．０％、６２．５％和２５．０％。作者从肝动脉联合用药、肿瘤类型与治疗方法选择及肝外转移治疗效果等方面进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Therapputical Effect of Seldinger′s hepatic Arterial infusion chemotherapy(HAI)andembolization(HAE)in 40 patients with unresectable moderate and advanced liver Cancer is reported.Among them ll cases was treated hy HAI alone, 15 cases by Plus HAE Iodized oil and 14 cases hyNAl plus HAE Iodized oil Gelatin sponge. RestiIts of follow up survey demonstrated that 6 months,Iyenr and more than l year survical rates were 85.0%,62.5% and 25.0%,respectively.The combinedmedication of hepatic hepatic arterial infusion,relatioin between pathological type of tumor and selection of thera-peutic measures,effect of treatment in patients with extrahpatic metastasis and so on are discussed in thisarticle.更多还原
