【摘要】 本文报道8例用带囊导管扩张治疗消化道狭窄,其中食管化学腐蚀伤3例,食管癌放疗后食管狭窄1例,食管癌放疗后复发1例,食管——胃吻合狭窄1例,贲门失弛缓症2例.除1例食管化学腐蚀伤、2例贲门失弛缓症外,其余5例疗效较好.文中叙述了带囊导管扩张术的操作方法.及该本的适应症和并发症.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports on the treatment of 8 cases of digestive canal stenosis by bag catheter dilatation. The results showed that the curative effect was usually favourable except 1 case of chemical corrosive leision of esophagus and 2 cases of cardiac achalasia. It also discusses the operational procedures, indications and complications of the dilatation.更多还原
