果胶降血脂作用的实验研究

【摘要】 本实验用果胶水溶液对小鼠灌胃给药,结果表明果胶1000mg/kg时,对小鼠胆固醇形成有轻微抑制作用,可作为食品保健品用于高胆固醇病人.

【Abstract】 In the experiment, pectine solution was administered to the mice. Results showed that it had certain action on hypercholesterdemia caused by norethindrone when it was given the mice by 1000mg/kg.
