【摘要】 本文运用EWF—4B型注射液微粒分析仪,检测静脉输液中加入中药注射剂后的微粒变化。结果提示:四种中药输液中不溶性微粒有三种不同程度超过了1990年版《中国药典》规定。建议提高中药注射剂的产品质量,临床配制加药输液时,应严格遵守操作规程,充分溶解,以减少微粒进入人体的机会。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the changes of particles in intravenous infusion plus Chinese traditional medicinal injection were detected by using EWF -4B analyser. Results showed;of four kinds of Chinese traditional medicinal infusion, the number of insoluble particles in three was greater than that provided for by Chinese Pharmacopeia. We suggest that the quality of the injection should be improved and particles fully dissolved and the regulation of operation must be abided by in order to reduce the particles which may enter the body.更多还原
