定坤丹对“血瘀”模型大鼠血流变指标的影响
Effects of Dingkundan on Hemorrheological Parameters in "Stagnant Blood "Rats
【摘要】 大鼠用冰浴及肾上腺素造成“血瘀”模型后,全血比粘度(高切和低切)明显升高,血浆比粘度亦明显升高。给予定坤丹后,能使全血比粘度及血浆比粘度均较模型组显著下降。另外,“血瘀”模型大鼠红细胞压积指数显著升高,红细胞电泳时间显著延长,给予定坤丹后,模型大鼠的红细胞压积指数有下降的趋势,红细胞电泳时间显著缩短。本实验为定坤丹的“活血化瘀”作用提供了一定的药理学依据。
【Abstract】 Dingkundan remarkably attenuated the enhancing of blood viscosity at high and low shear rate and plasma viscosity in "Stagnant Blood "rats induced by ice bathing and adrenaline. In addition,Dingkundan reduced the enhancing of hematocrit index and significantly shortened the lengthening of erythrocyte electrophoretic time in"Stagnant Blood "rats. This studies show that Dingkundan has the effects of removing the stasis and activating the blood.
