【摘要】 用直接ＳＰＡ菌花环法体外测定１３例骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）患者外周血Ｔ细胞亚群，结果表明：患者平均ＯＫＴ＋４细胞百分值、ＯＫＴ＋４／ＯＫＴ＋８比值均显著低于正常（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．００２），平均ＯＫＴ＋８细胞百分值显著高于正常（Ｐ＜０．００５）。说明ＭＤＳ患者淋巴细胞亚群分布异常。并发现Ｔ细胞亚群随病情发展而变化，提示外周血Ｔ细胞亚群的变化可以作为判断病情，预后及疗效的辅助参考指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 irect SPA rosette met hod was adop ted to determine peripheral blood T lymphocytesubpopulation of 13 patients with myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS ) in vitro。 The resultsshowed that the levels of mean percentage of OKT4 and mean OKT4/OKT8 ratio were re-markably lower in the patients than those in the normal controls(P<0. 05～0. 002),whereas mean percentage of OKT8 was significantly higher(P< 0. 005). It suggested thatthe abnormality of the T lymphocyte subpopuiation was in the patients with MDS. Furtheranalyses showed that the changes of T lymphocyte subpop ulation was related to the develop-ment of the disease。It indicated that T lymphocyte subpopulation might be one of the usefulindexes in assessment of the severity of the disease evaluation of the therapeutic result and更多还原
