【摘要】 本文对３０例静息多普勒超声心动图（Ｄ－ＵＣＧ）左室舒张功能异常的冠心病患者及３０例正常人应用Ｄ－ＵＣＧ－ＡＴＰ负荷试验，观察了静注ＡＴＰ前后１０项左室舒张功能参数的变化。结果表明；诊断符合率达９１．６７％，因此认为是诊断冠心病安全可行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resting Doppler echocardiograms of ATp stress testing for 30 patie-nts with abnormal diastolic function of left ventricle and 30 healthypersons were analysed respectively,The changes of 10 parameters ofthe diastolic function of the left ventricle were compared before and af-ter intravenous injecton of ATP。The results showed that the diagnosticrate reached 91.67%,It suggested that ATP-D-UCG stress testing wasa safe and reliable method for diagnosis of coronary heart disease。更多还原
