【Abstract】 There are rich resources in the areas of the Loess Plateau, but the serious soil erosion and desertification hinder the economic development and exploitating natural resources. So it will offer the main problems for China to control the worsened enviromental and to exploite natural resources. From a long-term point of view, the problems of enviroment protection, resources exploitation, societies and economic development should be well coordinated and well solved, enviromental protection and resources exploitation should be the starting point of the development of sustainable economic. On the enviromental policies, it is very important to formulate some encouragemental policies, regional policies,insurance policies and investment policies for the areas of the Loess Plateau.更多还原
