【Abstract】 In this paper, a method of direct determination of Zn in eggs by spectroptometry with Zincon as a color reagent has been studied. Zn were separated from protein by using hydrochloric acid (2mol/L), and protein was precipitated by using trichloroacetic acid (10% ). The determination was implemented by introducing the solution after centrifugalizing. The values determinated by the presented method are very good in agreement with the results obtained by using dry-ashing and wet-digesting atomic absorption spectrophotometry.更多还原
