【摘要】 生产调度作业计划的编排,是炼油化工企业生产经营管理中的一个关键环节。调度作业计划的优化和计算机化,是各企业多年来尚未解决的问题。随着CIMS建设的开展,该问题的解决更为迫切。介绍了石油化工科学研究院和兰州炼油化工总厂开发的炼油生产调度作业计划专家系统。该系统采用专家系统、线性规划和计算机技术相结合的方法,较好地解决了这个问题。着重介绍了该系统的设计思想和开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scheduling of production plan is one of the most kernel and crucial point in management of petroleum refinery and petrochemical plant. For many years, the optimization and computerization of scheduling production plan have remained an unsolved problem. With the progress of building of CIMS (Computer Integrated Manufacturing System), it is urged to solve the scheduling problem. In this paper, a successfully developed expert system of scheduling production plan in refinery by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing and Lanzhou Petroleum Processing & Chemical Complex is introduced. The system has solved the scheduling problem through integrating the technology of expert system, linear programming and software engineering. This article emphasizes on the main idea and development of this system.更多还原
