汽油机油油泥生成和组成的探索性研究
RESEARCH ON FORMATION AND COMPONENTS ANALYSIS OF SLUDGE IN GASOLINE ENGINE OILS
【摘要】 用碳黑斑点和油泥生成模拟试验法考察了汽油机油对污染物的悬浮分散能力与油泥生成倾向,初步分析了油泥形貌和组成。试验表明:不同油样对污染的分散能力不同,油泥生成的倾向也不同。实验室模拟试验法能较好地区分不同油样的油泥生成倾向。实际使用的汽油机油生成的油泥中存在各种来源的不溶物,油泥的有机组成可以被分为酸、碱、中性三组分。
【Abstract】 Dispersants differing in structure have different dispersancy for dispersing pollutants. The developed bench test can be used to distinguish different classes of gasoline engine oils. Sludge formed by bench test is similar to the sludge of field service. It is believed that many particles in sludge come from deteriorated oils, additive-derived, fuel-derived products, wear metal, etc. The chemical components of sludge can be seperated into acid, base and neutral fractions.
