超声电导滴定法测定分子筛表面酸性质

【摘要】 对影响超声振荡电导滴定法测定分子筛表面酸性质的因素进行了考察。实验表明,测定结果能和其它经典的分析方法相对应,由于考察了分子筛的表面酸性,因而对酯化反应的催化活性也可得到满意的结果。超声电导滴定法可同时测定固体酸催化剂总酸量,并能区分两种不同的酸强度,是一种简便、迅速、可应用于有色试样的可靠的表面酸性质分析方法。

【Abstract】 Ultrasonic conductometric titration (UCT) is an easy, quick and reliable method for determining surface acidity of zeolites. By using UCT method introduced by the authors, both the total and the protonic acidity of zeolites can be measured. In this paper, the effects of various factors on UCT method were studied. Results obtained from UCT method can be compared with those obtained from the classical widely-used Hammett indicators method. Results also show a better correlation between the conversion of esterification catalysed by a HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst and the Bronsted acidity of the catalyst measured by UCT method.
