蒸汽裂解制乙烯装置急冷锅炉结焦抑制剂的研究
STUDIES ON COKING INHIBITORS FOR QUENCH HEAT EXCHANGER OF PYROLYSIS UNIT
【摘要】 以辽河石脑油与苯的混合液为裂解原料,在连续流动微型裂解实验装置上,对在接近急冷锅炉温度下的结焦进行了研究。用测焦挂片对CRS1、CRSl+STH、CRS1+JS三类含硫、磷等的有机金属化合物抑制结焦的性能进行了测定。CRS1及其与STH的复合剂有良好的抑制结焦的性能,在接近急冷锅炉人口及出口的温度条件下,与空白试验比,能降低结焦速率分别为75%和60%。
【Abstract】 The coking characteristics under temperature similar to the quench exchanger of the pyrolysis unit for ethylene production was studied in a laboratory continuous flow reactor system with Liaohe naphtha blended with benzene as pyrolysis feed. The coking inhibition effect of organometallic compounds containing sulfur and phosphorus, such as CRS1, CRS1+STH and CRS1+JS were tested with steel coupons suspended in the reaction tube as coke receiver. The inhibitor CRS1 and its mixture with STH reduced the coking rate under temperatures similar to those at the inlet and outlet of the quench exchanger by 75% and 60% respectively.
