【摘要】 对在我院自然出生的95例新生儿进行咽部带菌情况调查,结果发现有17.8%的新生儿在刚出生后咽部已带菌。经分析与产妇胎膜早破、羊水污染无明显的关系。提出在接生时应严格无菌技术操作,协助清理呼吸道时注意洗手或戴无菌手套,并尽量使用新生儿喉镜,减少口对口呼吸。更多还原

【Abstract】 A survey on pharyngeal portions carrying bacteria was made in 95 newborns after normal labor. The results showed that 17.8% of the newborns had carried bacteria on the pharyngeal portion just after delivery. The analysis revealed there was no obvious relation to the early rupture of the fetal membranes and the contamination of the amniotic fluid in these parturients. The midwives were required to carry out aseptic manipulation strictly at midwifery,wash their hands or wear aseptic gloves in clearing the newborn’s respiratory tract, use the laryngoscope for neonate more and avoid mouth -to -mouth insulfflation less as possible.更多还原
