亚共晶白口铸铁热塑性变形的试验研究
Study of the Plastic Deformation Properties of the Hypoeutectic White Casting Iron
【摘要】 本文采用高温压缩,高温扭转试验方法,研究了亚共晶白口铸铁的高温塑性变形能力:测定了温度与极限变形率以及温度与变形抗力的关系曲线,对热塑性变形后的组织进行了观察与分析。结果表明:亚共晶白口铸铁在850~1000℃具有良好的塑性变形能力,热塑性变形后碳化物由网状变成断网状,孤立块状,从而可使亚共晶白口铸铁的韧性得到提高。
【Abstract】 By means of high temperature squeezing and twisting testing methods, the plastic deformation propeties of the tested hypoeutectic white casting iron were studied. The rate between the temperature and the critical deormation and the force curve between the temperature and deformation were obtained. In addition,the plastic deformation structure were studied. It showed that the hypoeutectic white cast iron had excellent plastic deformation properties. After the high temperature plastic deformation, carbides appeared in a dispersed island shaped so that the impact value and the strength of the white cast iron would rise.
