人卵巢浆液性乳头状囊性腺癌相关糖链抗原的提纯及鉴定
Purification and Characterization of Correlative Polysaccharide Chain Antigen of Human Serous Papillary Cystadenocarcinoma of Ovary
【摘要】 本文建立了从人卵巢浆液性乳头状囊腺癌组织中提取其相关糖链抗原CA925的简单、快速的方法。经放射免疫和淋巴抑制实验证明，所获得的相关抗原纯度和活力都很高。
【Abstract】 A simple and rapid method for extracting correlative polysaccharide chain antigen (CA925) from human serous popillary cystadenocarcinorna of ovary tissue was developed. Radioimmunoassay and lympha inhibition test proved that the CA925 showed high purity and activity.
